Our purpose is to lead teen girls into intimacy with Christ, guide them in developing healthy relationships, showcase positive entertainment choices, provide healthy role models and teach positive self-image. We do that through our printed magazine, our online web community of Christian girls and women, and through our events that we sponsor.
SUSIE Magazine, the hallmark of our brand, is a monthly 84-page magazine that is delivered both through subscription and through a growing number of retail outlets throughout the USA and Canada. The cost of a subscription to SUSIE Magazine is $23 ($25 in Canada). The retail price per magazine is $4.99 ($5.99 in Canada). Unfortunately, right now, we cannot accept subscriptions beyond the USA and Canada.
SUSIEMag.com, the home of the Online Global Sisterhood, is a membership-based web community for teen girls, designed to help them grow together in faith, love, and accountability to strong Christian values and standard. Girls have the option to join on a free membership level. Premium membership ($13 a year) gives girls full access to the content in the printed magazine online, plus additional features like online video devotions, expanded online community, and web exclusive feature articles not available in the printed piece. And if you subscribe to the printed magazine already, membership in the Online Sisterhood is FREE!

All About Susie Shellenberger
Our editor and creator of SUSIE Magazine, Susie Shellenberger, is the former creator of Focus On the Family’s acclaimed teen girl magazine, Brio. Susie has packed the pages of each magazine and the Online Sisterhood with all the features Christian teen girls have counted on for years from her and her team. But SUSIE Magazine aims to go beyond what she established in Brio by covering deeper, even more relevant, hard-hitting topics in addition to the regular features, topics that make a difference, that are life-changing, that help girls survive in the rugged world we are living in.
Susie Shellenberger served as Brio’s editor for 19 years before publisher Focus on the Family discontinued its teen ministry and ceased its publication. She quickly made the decision to publish her own magazine after receiving countless letters and emails of support from Brio fans who also suggested the new publication be named after its editor.
“I have had the incredible opportunity to help motivate and shape an entire generation of girls and I’m now even more excited about ministering to girls on a new level through Susie magazine” says Shellenberger.
An ordained minister through the Church of Nazarene, Susie Shellenberger is an international speaker and an author of more than 40 books that have sold over 1.5 million copies combined. She served as a youth pastor and a high school teacher before starting Brio in 1990. Shellenberger has debated Dr. Ruth on Fox News and has been featured as a teen expert on “The Montel Show.” Her university alma mater named her “Woman of the Century” in 2000.
